Although counseling sessions provided are primarily based in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy and EMDR, we like to take a unique approach, as we believe it is important to tailor our approach based on the specific needs of each client. Can't make it to the office? No problem! In-house and telehealth or telemedicine services are also available.
